Our requirements include:

Physical Inventory: A wall-to-wall physical count and identification of all assets within the school premises.

Asset Tagging: Supply and application of durable Barcode or QR Code labels for each item.

Location Mapping: Categorizing assets by building, floor, and room number.

Condition Assessment: Recording the current physical condition of each asset (New, Good, Fair, or Dispose).

Data Delivery: Providing the final asset register in a digital format (Excel/CSV) or through an asset management platform.
