My name is Samer Al-Qaisi, an experienced Security and Risk Management professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and over 10 years of expertise in managing security operations across high-profile projects and regulated industries.
I have successfully led security teams of up to 18 professionals, managed Command Center operations, and implemented risk assessments, emergency response plans, and compliance frameworks in alignment with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) requirements and international best practices.
My background includes working on major projects such as the SEVEN Project, Saudi Investment Bank, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), and ARAMCO, where I specialized in access control systems, surveillance integration, and incident management.
I hold certifications including NEBOSH IG1 & IG2 and Security Supervisor & Management Program (SSMP), along with multiple courses in emergency response, crisis management, and leadership.
I am passionate about developing secure environments, optimizing security strategies, and integrating safety and security (HSE + Security) to protect people, assets, and operations.
